Bookings and prices
Is it possible to modify an existing booking?
Guests who book directly may cancel their reservation by contacting us at info@borgodilazise.it, and may change dates or room type subject to availability (excluding the non-refundable rate).
Are there refundable and non-refundable rates?
Yes. We offer flexible rates with 1-, 5- or 14-day cancellation policies, as well as a non-refundable rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), cash or bank transfer.
Is a deposit or down payment required?
No deposit is required. Depending on the rate selected:
- the non-refundable rate requires 100% payment in advance;
- for all other rates, a credit card guarantee is requested.
Check-in / Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, upon request.

What types of rooms are available?
All 12 of our rooms are double rooms with a king-size bed.
Do rooms have a balcony or lake view?
We have 4 rooms with a lake view, 2 rooms overlooking the main square of Lazise, and 2 rooms with a balcony.
Are rooms equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Yes. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning.
Wi-Fi is available in rooms and all common areas.
Do you offer options for intolerances or special diets?
Our buffet breakfast at the Bistrot caters for special dietary requirements, including vegan and vegetarian diets, as well as intolerances such as gluten-free and lactose-free options.

How far is the hotel from the centre of Lazise?
The property is located within the historic centre of Lazise.
Is the hotel close to Lake Garda?
Yes, it is just a few metres from the lakeside promenade.
How do I reach the hotel from the train station or airport?
The property is easily accessible by public transport from both Verona Porta Nuova railway station and Peschiera del Garda station.
Are there public transport links nearby?
Yes. The Navigarda ferry service (www.navigazionelaghi.it) connects the towns around Lake Garda (both the Trentino and Brescia shores).
Bus services are also available via ATV Verona.
Is it easy to reach amusement parks such as Gardaland?
Yes. Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva World are all conveniently reachable by ATV bus.

Does the hotel have parking?
The property currently has 3 parking spaces available to guests within the “Ex Bocciofila” car park, at a cost of €20 per night per car.
Is it necessary to book parking?
Yes, parking must be booked in advance.
Is the property accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes. The property has disabled access, a lift and a room equipped for guests with reduced mobility.

Yes, the property is equipped with a lift.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not permitted at our property.

Our SPA — opening date to be defined — will feature an intimate wellness area with sauna, steam room, emotional shower and a heated pool.
Is a shuttle service available?
Yes. Upon request, we offer a shuttle service to and from the airport or train station.
Type of guests
Is the hotel suitable for families?
No. Borgo di Lazise is an adults-only property.
Are the rooms double rooms?
Yes. All rooms have a fixed king-size double bed (not separable).
Is it possible for two couples to stay in adjacent rooms?
We have a mansard suite by the harbour with two independent but adjacent rooms sharing a common area. In other parts of the property, two rooms close to each other may be booked subject to availability.

What are the main attractions near the hotel?
The beautiful lakeside promenade, the picturesque centre of Lazise, and — a short drive away — the nearby lake villages, Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva World and several wineries offering tastings.
Are there recommended restaurants nearby?
Yes. We usually recommend: Ristorante La Grotta, Taverna da Oreste, Ristorante il Porticciolo, Ristorante Classique and Trattoria Rocchetti.
What is the best time to visit Lazise?
Lazise is ideal to visit all year round. The proximity of Lake Garda ensures a mild climate in both summer and winter.
